Three years ago, I learned about a secret system.

At first, it seemed so simple that I didn’t implement this operating system.

The Positive Intelligence (“PQ”) System identifies your triggers, known as your saboteurs and gives you techniques for shifting out of negative thoughts into a positive mindset.

By developing three core mental muscles, you rewire your brain at the root cause level by creating habits to sustain you for life.

Like I said, it was - and is - incredibly

simple.

Spoiler Alert: I changed my mind.

Since April 2023, I’ve used the PQ method daily and seen the effects in my own life and coaching practice.

The insight gained from knowing how you specifically self-sabotage has applications in

  • how you handle personal stress and professional conflict
  • lead in the workplace, and
  • sustain your performance over time.

And it’s not just me.

Hundreds of thousands of people have done this work too. They’ve learned how to intercept those saboteurs when they get hijacked and re-route them. Positively.

Most importantly, they acquire the skills needed to access their positive intelligence, called the sage perspective in this operating system by which they can convert every challenge into a gift or opportunity.

Make no mistake, though, this work is a challenge. While the concepts are easy, implementing them isn’t.

Tell me you haven’t woken up at 3 a.m. thinking about something that happened the previous day and wishing for a different outcome.

That’s your Judge speaking, which is the universal saboteur. The Judge’s role is to judge you, others, and circumstances. The Judge wants to find fault. If you feel guilt, shame, regret, or disappointment, your Judge has spoken. LOUDLY. And it’s main message: you’re wrong.

Worried you won’t be able to STOP this self-sabotaging behaviour?
